By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Longevity AI mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WNS Capital Management LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), operator of Longevity AI. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Longevity AI provides a digital health and wellness platform offering: (a) AI-powered longevity education and protocol guidance; (b) dose calculation tools for peptides, hormones, and supplements; (c) daily wellness tracking including sleep, energy, weight, and body composition; (d) a compound research library with peer-reviewed study references; and (e) subscription-based premium features. Physician-supervised telehealth consultations and prescription fulfillment are planned for a future release and are NOT currently available through the Platform.
LONGEVITY AI IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. All content, including AI Advisor responses, compound information, dose calculations, and protocol suggestions, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Platform does not prescribe, dispense, or recommend any medication or controlled substance. Always consult a licensed physician before starting, changing, or discontinuing any supplement, peptide, hormone, or medication protocol. Reliance on any information provided by the Platform is solely at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Platform. By creating an account or completing onboarding, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored locally by the Platform. Longevity AI stores dose logs, wellness data, body composition photos, and protocol configurations locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers except: (a) messages you send to the AI Advisor, which are processed by our API; and (b) email and contact information you voluntarily provide. You may delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the app or resetting onboarding.
Premium features require a paid subscription managed through Apple's App Store. Available plans: Weekly ($4.99 introductory first week, then $12.99/week), Monthly ($24.99/month), and Annual ($99/year). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Price changes will be communicated in advance per Apple's policies.
The free tier includes access to the Compound Wiki, Research Hub, Health Quiz, FAQ, and basic onboarding. Premium features (AI Advisor, Dose Calculator, Daily Tracking, Body Composition Tracker, Wellness Score, Journal, and Apple Health Sync) require an active subscription.
All subscription refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. WNS Capital Management LLC does not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Apple evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform -- including text, graphics, logos, the AI Advisor model, compound database, dose calculation algorithms, and software -- are owned by WNS Capital Management LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
The AI Advisor is trained on peer-reviewed longevity research and provides educational responses. It does not have access to your medical history, lab results, or physician records. Its responses should not be interpreted as personalized medical recommendations. The AI Advisor may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
Photos captured through the Body Composition Tracker are stored exclusively on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service. You may delete photos at any time through the app or by uninstalling. The body composition analysis is for personal tracking purposes only and should not be used for medical diagnosis.
When enabled, Longevity AI reads step count, weight, and sleep analysis data from Apple Health to personalize your Wellness Score. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Longevity AI does not write data to Apple Health in version 1.0. You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform; (d) use the Platform to distribute harmful content; (e) misrepresent your identity or medical status; (f) share your subscription access with others; or (g) use automated systems to access the Platform without our consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WNS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WNS Capital Management LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
